-
Never leave a candle burning unattended.
-
For best results, let your candle burn until the entire surface of the candle has melted.
-
Before each burn, or should any black smoke appear, trim the tip of the wick to 5mm. The wick should be clean and no longer than this at all times.
-
Should the wick require centering, gently adjust to the correct position while the wax is still molten.
-
Do not burn your candle all the way down. Always leave at least 5 mm of non-molten wax at the bottom.
-
To preserve the fragrance, do not burn your candle for more than 2 hours each time during the first third of the candle and 1 hour each burn during the remaining.
-
For best fragrance saturation, burn in a small room or area and keep covered with a lid in between burns.
-
Do not set candles in a draft.
-
Keep away from children, curtains, and pets.
-
Always protect the surface on which the candle rests (with a ceramic plate, for example).
-
Allow the candle to solidify before relighting.
-
Store your candle in a dry and temperate environment, between 60 and 80° F.
-
The first use of your candle should occur within the two first months after receiving.
